Summer Art Camp

Join us for our fourth annual Summer Art Camp at GWFA Gallery.

Camp Dates/Themes:

June 30-July 3rd: Animal Pottery (ages 8-14)

9am-12pm

Mini Artists will create 2-3 Clay pieces using hand building and potters wheel methods referencing animal of choice! The studio will fire completed pieces with glaze options. Teacher: Ms Caroline

July 7-11: Sea Creature Printmaking (Ages 6-8)

9am-12:00pm

Join Ms Madeline in a creative and fun half day camp using unique printmaking materials and techniques. Student will leave with a new project everyday! 

July 14-18: Super Hero Sculpture (Ages 8-14)

9am-12:00pm

Mini Artists will learn how to make wire appendages with added materials to create a bust or 3D figure. Teacher will guide kids to learn 3D creative tools and materials! Teacher: Ms Taylor

July 28-Aug 1: Digital Drawing & Advanced Drawing Graphite (Ages 8-14)

9am-12pm

Learn the skills needed to draw realistically with technology. After pick up a pencil, graphite, lead and learn the foundations of advanced drawing.

Campers can get dropped off when camp starts to attend 9:00am-12:00pm. Our instructors are trained, CPR certified Art Educators. They are working artists and teaching professionals. Our program is focused on breaking down the foundations so everyone can learn while elevating fine art expectations and foundations.
